Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Confirm that your items were purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days and remain in brand-new, resaleable condition.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the books in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent corner damage during transit, and clearly include your RMA number inside the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a traceable shipping method; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
